Final Year Project Showcase

Children are given a short introduction to the character Grinch before heading up to the game stations prepared for them. The storyline told will be used as a hint for the treasunt hunt station.

Purpose of event: 'Help Grinch Love Christmas Again'

Each children is given a game card which consist of the stations which they can participate in. After at least 3 stations are completed, the children can redeem a goodie bag as a reward.

Tree Decor Station 

In this station, children helps Grinch decorate his Christmas Tree. Christmas ornaments are prepared by the team and children helps to decorate these ornaments. Afterwards, children are able to hang these ornaments on the tree to trigger light and sound.

These ornaments can also be brought home for the children to hang onto their own Christmas Tree!

Treasunt Hunt Station 

In this station, children helps Grinch look for his missing Christmas present. When they first enters the room, the game masters will lead them to the first clue. Children will then have to answer the question 'how old was Grinch when he last celebrated Christmas', which the answer is being told during the storytelling.

The clue will then lead the children to open up present boxes in the room. However, there are tasks in some of the boxes which the children have to complete before opening up the next box.

Music Mat Station 

In this station, children helps Grinch learn a new dance. Children are to stand on the DDR mats and step on the corresponding arrows shown on the screen.

They are to complete 2 Christmas carols before a stamp will be given to them.
