Final Year Project Showcase

We worked with SGAssist on this Digital Experience Design focussing on their existing website and mobile application. Through user research, we discovered that users are motivated by convenience and have worries about the credibility of volunteers. We hope to bring convenience to users by guiding them with step-by-step tutorials, and reduce their worries by showing the credibility of volunteers through certificates and qualifications of volunteers. We also implemented a volunteer rewarding platform into the SGAssist Mobile Application to allow volunteers of all organizations to redeem rewards through the app so that they can easily redeem rewards to benefit others.
