Onboarding Experience for the Elderly (Industry Partner: NTUC Health)
The number of layers and composition we have to use in each individual task to create a short motion graphic video. We need to use a lot of keyframes in our motion graphics as well as we need to make the images in the motion graphics to animate. The narrator in this motion graphic also speaks very fast as such, we need to make sure that all the images fade out at the correct timing and also animate at the correct timing.
This is the number of artboards we need to use to test out the correct graphics to be used in each motion graphic video and also the number of illustrations we have for all the motion graphics video. We have to hand draw different kinds of variations of illustrations and try out the different colours so that it can better match the characters and also the border we are using in the illustration.
This is the working file for the raw footage with the colour correction, colour grading and all in it. We have to use various nodes to do tracking on the host face so that it will match the other footage.
We have to plan and come out with various drafts of the interactive video. There are many scenarios inside the interactive video so we need to make sure that everything flows well and all the scenes are linked properly.
After completing all the elements that are needed for the 3d Vista, we will need to create quizzes inside the 3d vista and link to different kinds of actions. We would have to add links, videos, interactive videos and images inside. We have also used skin function to enhance the aesthetics of the entire virtual tour.
Our project with NTUC Health was mainly to standardize the onboarding experience for their elderly clients. This is to allow for a faster transition at their centre in charge (CIC) for admission of clients. We achieved the objective of this project through the use of 360 images, videos, infographics, augmented reality (AR), and quizzes. Our group’s objective was to help the CIC to digest information easily as all instructions are not clear and segmented over different videos.
