Colour in Tiles (Industry Partner: Baker’s Oven)

Featuring the 3 different Peranakan inspired patterns, all in its unique colour combination to bring a splash of colour this Chinese New Year.
Mock-ups done in Photoshop for all 6 tins to picture what it will look like in real life.
Showcasing the harmony of pastel tints in pink, yellow, mint green and blue, together with the pineapple fruit and tarts creates a harmony.
Featuring the top 3 flavours, each in a different Peranakan inspired tile design with vibrant and cheerful colours.

3 out of 6 were chosen to be made into real products for Chinese New Year 2022.

PROJECT INFO:

With aims of a new, young and fresh look for their Chinese New Year Celebrations, we worked together with Baker’s Oven to come up with a set of Peranakan-inspired tin designs for their Chinese New Year delights. Combined with a vast range of colours and designs, the team created a social media campaign that enhanced Baker’s Oven’s Chinese New Year promotions with a new look.
