[Home Studio]

Back at home, I use Logic Pro X to do all my mixing and recordings currently, and before this, I was using Ableton for live performances & mixing.
I have assisted in mixing & producing music for FYP projects, online church projects, NTU jam band projects, and personal projects.

[Sound Design]

During my time in Republic Poly, I was exposed to sound design for films & games, I realized that although sound design can be tedious, it is also very fun as I get to see my sounds come to life as interactive audio, the best part about this video is that it got used in RP's Openhouse twice.
I also created soundscapes for a Christmas event for a church as well!

[Musicianship]

I started my musical journey as a drummer, before expanding my skill set to other areas like bass guitar, electric guitar, and eventually audio mixing.
During my time as a musician, I have also freelanced for a few projects, and I am a music director at my youth service in the church, and I regularly serve as a drummer, bassist, & acoustic guitarist.

[Live Sound]

As a live sound engineer, I have interned at "Gateway Theatre" in 2021 and assisted in their shows & weekly church service at Faith Baptist Methodist Church (FCBC), I was also a monitor engineer for Gen Conf 2021 & currently, I am also doing ad-hoc work at Tonehouse and am helping out as a monitor engineer during their live streams & jam practices.

[Backing tracks]

I also created backing tracks & click tracks for:
1. My weekly online church services back in 2020 (First backing tracks test) (Timestamp: 40seconds)
2. For one of my school's shows, "Reflections Arts Festival 2020 – Mixtape Vol. 2: Local Reimagined" (Timestamp: 6mins 40 secs)
3. For an FYP project called "LIVEINAPANDEMIC" and stayed up late to add in the bassist & rhythm guitar tracks when MOH came in last min and told us to strip our band down. (Timestamp: 14min 2 secs)

[Interest Group - JammerzArena (CREATE IG)]

JammerzArena is a group where musicians can come together and perform for various school shows, during my time in JammerzArena, I have been involved as a drummer & bassist for some of the shows, and back when Covid19 circuit breaker started, I was the one who helped to edit 20 videos & mixed audio for the online CCA fiesta.

[Final Year Project]

For my final year project, we worked with Gateway Kidz Christmas to let “Gkidz children” experience a festive session through interactive activities. We provided the tech support for the interactive sound design for the activities, and we hope to give the children an opportunity to experience the different activities planned and hope that they've enjoyed it.
My main role for this event was a "Dance Dance Revolution" programmer and I had to frequently change the arrow mappings due to the multiple trial runs as we had to test if the kids could react fast enough and if the mat is too large for them.

[T200 competition module:]

For our competition module, we designed a glove sensor that detects certain actions caused by the dancer and different actions will cause the song to change to another song.
Due to time constraints and lack of manpower, in this project, my roles were music curator, lighting engineer, cameraman, video editor, equipment liaising, & of course, sound design.
However, I am thankful as this gave me a chance to work with equipment outside my field of study, as I learnt how to operate equipment like the GrandMA2 lighting console, the Canon 7D MKII, the Sony PXW-FS5, and software like Catalyst browse & Adobe Lightroom.
