Neobank: Digital Banking Mobile and Web App (Industry Partner: DigiCal Consultancy)
The Homepage that kickstarts the youths' banking journey. The overall bank website is focused on having a simplistic yet engaging feel. The design also focuses on educating the youths well while not intimidating allowing us to stride away from the strenuous feel that banking often is associated with.
The Compare page which allows youths to make an informed choice in their banking journey. With this compare feature breaking down the difference between accounts, it allows the bank to empower youths with knowledge for them to take charge of their own financial journey with ease.
The Learn page is focused on empowering youths with knowledge. Having doubts throughout one's financial journey is normal but being able to learn and break down these doubts should never be hard. This learn page focuses on providing youths with informative knowledge all with ease.
The app is all about providing a fun & fresh look. With this added personalisation youths can choose from any theme they prefer. Striding away from the mundane and serious feel of banking and giving youth a refreshing banking feel.
The app does not only have a dark themes to offer but light themes as well, truly personalising to the youths' liking.
The Homepage and the Pay Page allow youths to get tasks done instantly. There are not only shortcuts but we have in-feature shortcuts such as Paynow contacts and even your favourite bill to instantly carry out youths' tasks. All of these actions can be customised at the youths' fingertips and according to the youths' liking
The personalisation pages are where youths can change the in-app card design or the app theme just with a few clicks, truly engaging the youths with added personalisation
This is the Invest page which focused on giving an all-rounded experience. We not only focus on introducing the different investment products but also provide youths with the necessary learning materials such as guides, allowing youths to be better prepared before diving into their investing journey.
PROJECT INFO:
Neobank's bank app was designed by our team for Digical, a company that provides white-label digital banks as a solution. The target audience for this project were youths and our challenge was to ensure that the app remains engaging. As banking is a lifelong journey, our solution also focused on empowering youths (in different life stages) to have confidence in taking better charge of their financial journey through further education and awareness.
