I am people-oriented, yet individualistic. Despite my belief in practicality, I have a soft spot for idealism. I can ground my ideas into reality. I like to put others ahead of myself rather than draw attention to myself. I'll be noticed anyway. That is a leader's responsibility- to perform behind doors and step up when required.
